The StaticProbe is a monitoring device designed for the continuous assessment of network connectivity at a fixed location. It automatically measures and records the availability and quality of both cellular networks (4G/LTE) and WiFi (2.4 / 5 / 6 GHz)—all integrated into a single, compact device.
Installation is straightforward, and the device is fully configured and managed remotely through a web-based portal.Within the portal, intuitive dashboards provide a clear overview of the network status, enabling rapid identification of connectivity issues and in-depth root cause analysis. Users can define service thresholds and configure alerts to be notified of any disruptions or deviations from expected performance levels, allowing for early detection and targeted resolution of network problems. Additionally, built-in reporting tools support long-term monitoring and help ensure SLA (Service Level Agreement) compliance through structured documentation.
The StaticProbe is equipped with a built-in multi-provider SIM card and an internal battery, ensuring continued operation even during local network outages or power failures. This robust design provides a dependable foundation for enhancing operational stability, minimizing downtime, and reducing the load on IT support teams.
