In an important step towards improving our tools and processes, we have standardized the values of the RSRQ, RSSI and RSRP signal levels and adapted their coloring. This adjustment affects all relevant touch points such as our Network Testers, our online portal TMate and the product manuals.
The aim of this measure was to adapt the signal levels to practical findings. The standardization of the values and the new coloring thus reflect real conditions and experience that we have gained in the course of numerous field tests. This practical adaptation enables us to provide an even more precise and realistic assessment of the power quality prevailing on site.
The introduction of these uniform values and colors benefits not only our internal teams, but also our partners and customers. With a clearer and more comprehensible representation of network quality, decisions can now be made more quickly and on a more informed basis. This adaptation underlines our continuous efforts to adapt our products and services to the requirements of the real application environment and thus ensure an outstanding user experience.
