ENQT GmbH offers two new measuring units, StaticProbe and StaticProbe Pro, for continuous monitoring of network connectivity and network quality at a single location. The devices provide in-depth insights into the availability and quality of mobile connections and Wi-Fi.
The StaticProbe is specially designed for permanent monitoring of mobile phone coverage. It enables rapid diagnosis and classification of network connection faults, thereby reducing the time needed to solve problems. Individually configurable alarms in the event of failures or when defined service levels are not met ensure that faults are detected at an early stage.

Commissioning of StaticProbe for monitoring network quality
The devices are commissioned entirely remotely via the ENQT portal. Clear dashboards and reporting functions support targeted analysis and SLA documentation. Thanks to an integrated SIM card, multi-provider support, and an integrated battery, StaticProbe devices remain active even in the event of local network failures.
StaticProbe Pro expands the range of functions to include, among other things, the measurement of 5G networks, continuous mobile network speed measurement, the monitoring of individual network services, and support for private campus networks.
Who is the Static Probe suitable for?
StaticProbes are particularly suitable for metering point operators or chain stores that depend on reliable connectivity and stable network quality—e.g., for better resource utilization, targeted troubleshooting, or providing evidence to service providers in the event of SLA violations.
