Team Leader B2B Sales (all genders)

We are an emerging company from Hamburg, Germany, specialized in the production of measurement equipment for mobile radio (LTE, 5G, NB-IoT). In addition, we offer antennas and accessories for mobile communications. Our main customers are well-known companies from the energy industry, such as electricity suppliers and meter operators. Due to our strong growth in recent years, we are looking for a dedicated Team Leader B2B Sales (all genders) to strengthen our team.

Your tasks include

• Leadership, management and further development of the sales team
• Strategic planning and implementation of sales activities to achieve corporate goals
• Expansion and maintenance of customer relationships in the energy sector
• Identification and development of new business areas and market opportunities
• Analysis of market and competitive situations and derivation of measures
• Close cooperation with the management and other departments
• Management of sales partners abroad and development of new sales partnerships
• Continuous optimization of sales processes

What you bring with you

• Successfully completed studies in the field of business, engineering or a comparable qualification

• Several years of professional experience in B2B sales, ideally in the energy industry or in mobile communications

• Leadership experience and strong communication skills

• High customer and service orientation as well as negotiation skills

• Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working

• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken

• Willingness to travel
